I decided to do the 21 day challenge of Walk at Home by Leslie Sansone. I have been doing her workouts for the past weeks and I am enjoying every minute of it.
For most working moms like me, finding the time to go to the gym and exercise / work out, is really hard. Time’s not even enough at home. But I am fortunate to have discovered Walk at Home by Leslie Sansone. Check her videos out. Even a 5 minute walking exercise will make you feel light.
So here it is, I attached all the corresponding videos per day, if not the actual work out. Just play and walk. You don’t even have to search anymore.

Day 1 – November 7, 2019 – Goal is 2 miles. Do the Fast Walking in 30 Minutes.
Day 2 – November 8, 2019 – Goal is 1 mile. Do the 1 Mile Walk from the Miracle Miles Series.
Day 3 – November 9, 2019 – Goal is 2 miles. Do the Belly Blasting Walk – 2 miles with belly slimming moves.
Day 4 – November 10, 2019 – Goal is 1 mile. Do Easy BEAT – 20 min 1 mile walk.
Day 5 – November 11, 2019 – Goal is 3 miles! Do 3 Big Miles – Advanced Cut 45 minutes.
Day 6 – November 12, 2019 – Goal is 2 miles. Do 2 Mile Walk from the Walk 15 series.
Day 7 – November 13, 2019 – Goal is 1 mile. Do 1 Mile from the 5 Mega Miles Workout.
