The Podium was just a mini mall until they revamped it and expanded to be the luxury mall it is today.
While it is still mini compared to its Megamall neighbor, it stands on its own. Still many shops are closed but mostly, you go to Podium to eat.
So we are gonna talk about its unique “Food Court!”
On one of its towers, The Corner Market has arrived.
I love this pebbled entrance which says Good Food is Just Around the Corner.
There is a food directory outside so you will not get lost in this maze of good food!
One of the dining areas.
We tried at least 4 of the restos.
1) Ca Phe Saigon – Vietnamese
Cut your own basil leaves and wash.
Vietnamese Noodles with Spring Rolls
2) Bird House Fried Chicken – American
They serve big parts but the breading and spices are too salty for our taste.
Added some sides, kids’ favorite Mac and Cheese and grilled corn on a cob.
3) Char Express – Asian
Their set meal consisted of Char Siew Pork and Rice Toppings plus a bowl of Soup.
I love their Char Siew. I will definitely try their Crunchy Pork Belly and their White Chicken next time.
We ordered an extra Kailan with Garlic.
4) Easy.Tiger – Asian Fusion
Chicken Sate Meal with Bagoong Rice, comes with Papaya Salad and Lemon Grass Juice.
The Bagoong Rice is a little bit fishy (malansa) so I suggest you try other kinds. The Chicken Sate is okay.
This is their Seafood Laksa. Ordered by somebody else. Took a picture while not yet claimed. 😂
Other places to try.
1) Stockwell for coffee
2) Catch of the Day by Cold Storage – seafood paluto (ask them to cook)
You can have lobster at a food court!
Frozen Seafood to take home
3) Gusto – healthy salads
4) Meat Depot Mini – steaks galore
Choose your meat and ask them to cook the way you want it. Comes with sides too!
5) La Taqueria del Chupacabra – Mexican
For your Taco and Salsa needs.
6) Sultan Mediterranean Grill – Kebabs, Falafel, Shawarma
7) Barcelon – Paella
8) Inari – Grill Time
More desserts from:
1) The Rabbit Hole
2) Sundays – to cool off!
So there, go and visit The Podium if you have the time.
More restos to try outside the Corner Market as well.
