Found a new place to hang out and enjoy food with friends and family! Gringo is located at Ayala Malls the 30th.
Ayala Malls the 30th is one of the newest malls to open here in Pasig City and it’s just a stone’s throw away from Estancia Mall.
Unlike the more popular malls around the metro, this mall has just the right amount of people, your basic mall needs like supermarket, drugstore and bookstore, lots of trendy boutiques for your shopping needs and a cinema for your entertainment needs. No lines, no frills. The way I like it.
Back to the resto, Gringo’s interior is very homey. It’s like you are in your Aunt’s kitchen. Wood finishes, industrial look.
They serve the best nacho platter in the world! I am not exaggerating! It really is tasty and crunchy! Their lemony tangy sauce is love! ❤❤❤
We ordered a Trufle Queso quesadilla but it didn’t deliver. Can’t taste the cheese at all! Too bland.
Moving on to the kids’ dish – Chicken Fingers & Fries! Cooked just right – chicken so tender & fries so crunchy. And this Chicken Tenders is only Php135.00!
Since it’s Tex-Mex cuisine, there is also burrito on the menu! According to husband, it tastes good and it’s not scrimped!
Their 1875 Pot Stewed Beef is to die for as well! You will have to order rice to partner with this dish! The sauce in itself is already so good and very rich in flavor! Top it with beef that was boiled for hours and hours – heaven!
Of course, there is the Roasted Chicken with Sidings! You go for the Southern Spice than the Original. The chicken is juicy, very flavorful. The spices really add so much flavor to it.
Let us talk about the Mashed Potato! It’s freshly made, need not say anything no more. Anything that’s made fresh will always be on top!
On our 2nd trip, we pretty much ordered the same dishes but we added a half rack of ribs and oh! It tastes as good as the chicken! Too bad we were too hungry that a picture wasn’t in order anymore. So I just grabbed us some picture from Gringo’s Facebook Page.
